Commission’s Order of November 18, 2011, as
Amended or Revised and Coordination with
Certain Intrastate Matters
This Secretarial Letter pertains to the Consolidated Short Form and Protective Order that the Commission issued on May 10, 2012, in the above-captioned proceedings.
Petitions for reconsideration were due on May 25, 2012. 52 Pa. Code § 5.572(c). The Commission, however, has authority to extend periods of time, even after the period has expired. 52 Pa. Code § 1.15.
In order to better accommodate various requests for extensions of time that several Parties have submitted, and to standardize the extensions of time that the Commission has granted to various Parties, we hereby extend the deadline for filing all petitions for reconsideration of the Consolidated Short Form and Protective Order to June 7, 2012. Those Parties who requested and received shorter extensions of time are entitled to use the newly established deadline of June 7, 2012. In addition, any Party that has already filed a petition for reconsideration may submit a revised petition (to be considered instead of the original petition) on or before June 7, 2012.
If there are any questions regarding the above, please contact Bert Marinko in the Office of Special Assistants at (717) 783-3930 or rmarinko@pa.gov.
Very truly yours,
Rosemary Chiavetta
