  • Content Based Image Search Technology: JAVA and net beans.

Using image distance measure on content of image i.e. color (histograms), texture (texels) and shape (edge detection), developed a content based image search system which gives relevant meta information for inputted image.

  • Hotel block booking system(SOA) Using Web Services Technology: Asp.Net, C#, XML.

Application consists of multiple travel agencies (clients) where users can book blocks of hotel rooms, and multiple hotel

chains (servers) that supply blocks of hotel rooms to the agencies. Developed different web services, state managements,



databases, Windows Communication and foundation services worked with multithreading and deadlock management.

  • Prediction Model. Technology: R programming.

Predicting the various treatment outcomes of depressive patients using baseline information through classification.

  • Translation system for NL2KR. Technology: NL2KR system, Combinatory Categorial Grammar, Lambda and inverse lambda calculus.

Used NL2KR to create a translation system that can translate sentences in GeoQuery corpus.

  • Travel Guide web application Technology: Asp.Net, C#, XML, WCF, Google Places API, Weather API's and RESTFul services.

Suggests the user travel destinations according to his initial requirements(distance, ambience, cost, and other requirements). Helps him select flights and hotels in the requested area. Also suggest nearby places in the area using efficient distance and search algorithms.

  • Web applications on intra-TCS websites Technology: C#, Visual Studio, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML.

Web applications created: Knowledge site having all TCS documentations and processes, Timesheet entry, Online exam portal and TCS socializing site. The process followed to develop these projects was Agile.

  • Attendance management system Technology: MS Access, VB scripting.

Using MS Access forms and VB scripting developed an attendance system for the professors of a school.

Developed a library system for the college to help manage the issues, returns, room bookings, book availabilities.
