ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

During the previous years, payslip generation has been done manually. Whenever a teacher requests for a payslip, the Payroll Officer would create the payslip using MS Excel and manually encoding the entries needed for it. This manual process is prone to errors such as typographical error due to human intervention. Such errors are unacceptable since the payslip is also considered as a formal document, to think that it also represents the school.
As of today, the payroll officer and the receiving teacher are now enjoying the use of the Automated Paysip under the Junior High Department. It is now much formal and lesser errors are encountered in generating this document.
