قواعد السفر و الزيارة والإقامة في الدولة : حتى الأن تعد كينيا من الدول التي لا يتطلب الدخول إليها الحصول علي تأشيرة زيارة مسبقة حيث يمكن الحصول علي تأشيرة في مطار كنياتا مقابل سداد ما قيمته 50 دولار أمريكي .
النظام السياسي في الدولة :
جمهورية رئاسية ، ورئيسها الحالي هو الرئيس اهورو كينياتا وهو ايضا رئيس الحكومة طبقا لدستور كينيا الجديد مارس 2013 ، حيث فازا فى الانتخابات الرئاسية الاخيرة فى مارس 2013، والتى اعقبها تشكيل حكومة جديدة تولت فيها السفيرة/Amina Mohammedحقيبة الخارجية والتجارة الخارجية ، كما تولى فيها السيد/Adan Abdulla Mohamedحقيبة التصنيع وتنمية المشاريع ، اما حقيبة التجارة والسياحة وشئون شرق افريقيا فتولتها السيدة السيدة/Phyllis Jephosgei Kipkngor-Kandie .
