Embracing the Rich Soul and True Beauty of our Nation

Embracing the Rich Soul and True Beauty of our Nation

Our society's future should not result in the loss of our nation's culture. The advancement of technology is a major factor in the loss of a nation's culture. The impact of technology on people has both positive and negative consequences, namely, it affects people's appreciation of their nation's culture.

Our poster depicts the beauty that our country's culture can provide. Our nation's culture is too beautiful to be forgotten; we should appreciate it and be proud of our rich culture. The Philippines' culture should not be burdened, but rather shared, appreciated, and loved by Filipinos because it is a gift and the soul of our country.

Our poster depicts four Filipinos, two of whom are dressed in traditional Filipino attire, namely the Filipiana and the Barong. It represents the indigenous people of Baguio and the Muslims of Mindanao on the right side. It also depicts the main source of income for every Filipino, which is farming and fishing with a carabao and a traditional boat. It also depicts a silhouette inside a bahay kubo or Nipa hut (which is a traditional house of Filipinos) which is a grandmother and her granddaughter performing the pagmamano as a form of respect for elders.

It also has an abel pattern with the words "Kulturang Pilipino" written in baybayin. In the center, a hand proudly holds and waves the Philippine with honor. The various festivals, beliefs, and products of the Philippines are depicted on the left upper side, namely the Church, Santo Nio, Pinta Flores Festival, and mango. The famous perfect cone, Mayon Volcano, and the Philippines Eagle can be found on the right side. Finally, on the upper left side, there is a map of the Philippines.

Let us not let technological advancement, ignorance, and carelessness burden these cultures. These represent the soul of our country; they serve as an image for our country and fill it with joy, color, and life. Let us appreciate and embrace before it's too late.
