All paid claims will be a mass adjustment to automatically pay the extra amount based on the rate inceas. ADH providers will not have to resubmit claims. Policy Revisions included in the October 2017 (SFY 18) Edition of the CCSP Policy Manuals: No revisions.
Network Meeting attendance: Attending two (2) network meetings per FISCAL (July 1 – June 30) year in the Planning and Service Areas (PSA) in which services are being rendered. Providers must attend the meetings in different quarters (July-September, October-December, January-March, and April-June)/Gen Services Manual Pg. VI-14. Corrective action can be applied for those providers who are not in compliance. Providers who serve more than one PSA region must meet their network meeting attendance requirement by attending meetings in different regions in different calendar quarters. Updates: CCSP Care Coordination continues with the new electronic data system called Harmony Framework. If providers need any changes to SAFs for February 2017 and prior, the provider needs to receive a signed SAF from the care coordinator with adjustments. Thereafter, write the ICN number on that signed SAF and email to Tom Underwood at tunderwood@dch.ga.gov to override edits. This request can come from the provider only, not the care coordinator. If you have any additional questions, please contact your assigned CCSP Care Coordination Specialist. Reminders: Please remember to send your initial CCNF to care coordination timely, especially for PMAO clients. When care coordination receives this document this will begin the Medicaid application, for PMAO clients and create authorizations for exisiting clients. Without this document, this will cause a delay in the Medicaid application process. If you wish to discharge a client for any reason, you MUST provide the client/caregiver a 30 day discharge notice.
