MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO.2766 TO BE ANSWERED ON 27.03.2017 Report of CSE on automobile pollution 2766. SHRI RAJKUMAR DHOOT: Will the Minister of ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE be pleased to state: (a) whether Government has taken note of a report titled 'Automobiles Choking India' released by Centre for Science and Environment (CSE); (b) if so, the details thereof and the steps taken/proposed to be taken to check vehicular pollution; and (c) if not, the reasons therefor? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE (INDEPENDENT CHARGE) FOR ENVIRONMENT FOREST, AND CLIMATE CHANGE (SHRI ANIL MADHAV DAVE ) (a) The Ministry has not come across any such report and the CSE has confirmed that report of this nature has not been published by them. (b)& (c).
