Visibility through the affected windscreen(s) is acceptable to the crew,

Airplane is not operated in known or forecast icing conditions,
-
Associated SCREEN HEAT Control (CTL) circuit breaker is pulled and collared, and
-
AFM limitations are observed.

Locate affected SCREEN HEAT CTL circuit breaker.
-
Pull and collar circuit breaker.
-
Place INOP placard adjacent to affected switch.

Confirm that delamination does not affect visibility.
-
Plan flight to avoid flight in known or forecast icing conditions.
-
Review AFM low altitude airspeed limitations for windscreen heat inoperative.
