Includes carpet, lockable counter (24”d x 36” w x 32”h), stool, company sign, electrical, & lead scanner
After your participation is confirmed, all additional requirements can be ordered online through the IBS website after you receive your Exhibitor Kit login ID/Password.
Application/Participation fee:
Returning exhibitors: $3000 plus HST = $3390
First time IBS & new exhibitors: $1000 plus HST = $1130
Travel, food, lodging, transportation of company product & displays and drayage costs are not included.
Application & Payment:
Cheque payable to: MINISTER OF FINANCE
Payment is due upon application

Notification of Application & Payment:
Please e-mail notification of application & payment including a copy of the scanned cheque and completed application form to Steve.kelly@onbcanada.ca or contact Steve Kelly at 506-444-5265 to confirm mailing of application and payment.
Application Confirmation & Action:
Steve Kelly will advise by email or telephone of official receipt of payment and application and provide confirmation of participation in the Atlantic Pavilion. Afterwards further details will be provided including:

Booth space confirmation inside the Atlantic Pavilion (#C6920)
Hotel accommodation offerings by IBS
Shipping through TWI Freight Forwarding
Connection with the Canadian Consulate Los Angeles to help with meetings with prospects
Meeting /conference call dates and times to discuss the Pavilion design & your booth space Timeline of events for participation of the Atlantic Canada Team at IBS 2016.
