ABSTRACT
This paper examines the implications of globalisation and the way in which it can make our societies vulnerable as alluded by Lord Robertson. It explores the advantages experienced by globalised economies referencing various credible sources. It also highlights the downfall to the process and suggests recommendations to improve its operations.
Additionally it encapsulated how globalisation has affected Guyana’s economy with regards to business organisation form, gross domestic product, culture and labor.
