Instructions: Please complete this application, sign and bring with you to the casting. Please attach a recent photo on the back. Photo copies or composite cards are acceptable.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not call the office regarding modeling opportunities. We are not staffed to handle the hundreds of models calling to inquire about FASHION WEEK. You will be directed to apply online.
If you are invited to one of our model calls, attach photos to this application and bring it to the audition. You will not be seen at the audition if you do not bring a completed application, even if you have already emailed us a copy. Please include a full-length shot and a headshot.
Professional photos are not required, however your photos should be recent (less than 1 year old).
To expedite the audition process, also complete the model profile form below by inserting your photos.
Photo Release Notice
Atlantic City Fashion Week Events are photographed and videotaped by freelance photographers, videographers and news agencies. By attending these events you give Atlantic City Fashion Week, KingBee Media LLC, fashionSTYLE Magazine and its contractors, permission to photograph, video and audio record you while you are present or participating in its events. Your photo, video or audio may be used in promotion of any or all of KingBee Media LLC events and productions.
You release Atlantic City Fashion Week, KingBee Media LLC, fashionSTYLE Magazine and its designated photographers from any and all claims arising out of the use of the photos. These photos include photographs that you submit for consideration to be a part of Atlantic City Fashion Week.
