Introduction
IriShield™-USB MK 2120U is an ultra-compact, auto-capture camera module, complete with onboard iris recognition and a PKI-based security infrastructure that ensures complete data security.With its low cost, IriShield™ Series will lower the entry barrier to deploying iris biometric solutions in all sorts of applications.

IriShield™-USB MK 2120U is an onboard-processing with no special requirement for host device except USB 2.0 port.
How to Connect
-
Connect one end of USB cable into IriShield™-USB MK 2120U device.
-
Connect the other end of USB cable into the PC’s or Host’s USB Port.
How to Install
-
Device driver download details will be sent via email.
-
Choose “Update Driver” on IriShield in Device Manager.

Select the folder contains the driver and follows the instructions from the installer to driver installation.
Warnings and Precautions (Hardware)

Clean regularly to remove dust, but do not use any cleaning solutions. Only wipe the device with a smooth cloth. Keep the lens free of dust and dirt, and use a special optical cloth in order to not scratch optics.

Do not allow water to leak into the device or operate the device in humid conditions where water might condense upon the electronics.
-
Do not operate device in places where temperature reach extremes beyond the stated range.

Do not place the device next to heating equipment.
-
Do not place magnets near the device.
-
Do not apply voltage or current beyond the stated range.
-
Do not disassemble components from the boards or alter wiring or board design.
-
Do not drop the device or submit it to sudden impact or mechanical stresses.

Do not remove the warranty seal.
Any damage to the device caused by these activities will void the warranty.
