GlocoHCP’s Education Team has an existing learning management system. TIP will leverage the team to create all the materials for training. The GlocoHCP team will create a knowledge base for users to review materials. Training on the various applications will be completed in the following manner:

The GlocoHCP Education team will use the Kirkpatrick27, / Philips28 model for measuring training effectiveness as outlined in the Appendix.
In addition, TIP will provide roaming application experts to the Contact Center Agents and Mobile Nurses to answer any questions regarding the service or interface for the first 4 months.
The application used by the various service support personnel will be created using the “Principle of least privilege”29 (See Glossary). The application will use role-based access control based on the follow user classes:
