Each episode requires 8 different sets, the scheduling of over 120 costume changes within an hour and the utmost secrecy.

15 x 1 hour observational programmes in which 18 would-be restauraters competed to win a restaurant with Raymond Blanc. Production involved the setting up of 9 restaurants and a shared house. Responsible for sourcing locations, suppliers and staff for all the restaurants – as well as supervising the logistics of running 12 camera crews per day whilst opening the restaurants to the public.
