Everybody has left for a boat trip, leaving me alone with numbers to deal with and things to take care of. Still, all those things are not as troublesome as what lies ahead after this 4-day conference, when I have to come back to my life and my work, dealing with all problems created by the incident last week.

Everything’s lost

I have to start from scratch

Days of sleeplessness are waiting

Tired
Looking around, I can see people occupied with their own business. What draws my attention is couples of wife and husband – to – be walking about, posing for nice and romantic pictures to be compiled into their wedding albums. The sun is shining very brightly. The heat of the late March causes people to fidget restlessly in their showy and heavy costumes as they try to find some comfort. Nevertheless, these couples keep on their photo-collecting trip.
Smile, smile, young couples!

Those smiles will bring nice pictures

And a bright life, too
Observing them, I ask myself why I am still drowned in my sadness, bringing myself down to a state of depression I have never been in before.
