Comments:
In your professional judgment, is the student’s performance: satisfactory, or unsatisfactory? Please make any other comments that would be helpful for the student in guiding their work to be accomplished during the remainder of this field practicum experience.
Satisfactory: The Student’s skills are applied quite consistently, with some gaps; the student is on task towards developing his/her core competencies as expected for a graduate level social work intern.
Unsatisfactory: The student has had the opportunity, but has not developed any of the core competencies even at the beginning phase of skill development. The student is in jeopardy of receiving a recommended final grade, less than a “B”. I would like to meet with the Field Liaison.
