2) Product Value Product Value represents the various parameters and constraints of a particular product. Some of the product values considered for
BLDC motors are i. Total, Maximum and Initial Torque Values ii. Total RPM with respect to the torque values. iii. Input and Output Power values (Electrical Input and Mechanical Output ratio) iv. Material Characteristics Iterations on different forms of usable materials) v. Total efficiency of output. To name a few, the basic parameters considered are the product values that undergo iteration in order to support the novel design of the BLDC Motor.
3) Power Module The power electronic drive is the main component that
is necessary to drive the BLDC Motor. Drives are customized to fit the power needs and constraints of the dedicated motor that it has been designed and implemented for. The objective of the power electronic module is to provide the required current to the stator poles in the required coordination that allows for us to tune the speed and direction of the motor. The overall Objective of the project is to design, iterate and power up anew BLDC
Motor with an ergonomic design, higher torque to speed ratio and a dedicated/ambidextrous power electronic drive module.
