Overview
Being a manager is not a easy job. Getting things done needs effectiveness and efficiency. For that a manager must first understand himself and also others. He must know what makes people tick, how to push the right buttons and make people willing and wanting to work under him. In short he must be a humane manager. This program uses the Principles and techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for addressing the various competencies required for a budding manager. NLP is the study of human behaviour and their thinking patterns, both conscious and unconscious. It is about how our brain works, how we think, feel, communicate, learn, motivate ourselves, interact with others, make choices and achieve goals. NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) offers rapid and practical methods for personal growth. NLP is used extensively in business, sales, education, sports, therapy and many other fields.NLP is now universally considered as one of the most powerful tool for personal growth. Program contents: The program is broadly divided into the following sessions: Managing Self -Self Awareness through NLP -Logics of the left and Possibilities of the Right -Beliefs of Excellence -Efficiency Vs Effectiveness -Communication : The NLP paradigm Learners will be exposed the Principles of NLP with respect to Motivation, belief and value systems, elements of effective communication and the workings of the human brain and cognition. Managing Others -The functions of a Manager -Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Controlling -Execution : The four pillars of NLP -The CARE Model for building relationships Learners will be exposed to motivational theories, managerial styles and their impact to managing employees. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, from NFNLP, Florida, USA. He is an Engineering and M.B.A Degree Holder and has also done his M Sc in Counseling and Psychotherapy.He is a Certified trainer by ISTD (Indian Society of Training and Development). He is also a Certified Life Coach by CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance, USA)
Twenty years of Industrial and Corporate executive experience makes him a seasoned trainer with deep insights and impact.
