God either is or He isn’t. What was our choice to be?”
(page 53, ¶ Lets take a moment to consider both sides of the coin. If we believe what our book says and we believe the experience of thousands of recovered alcoholics that have gone before us, we can easily answer this question in the affirmative. But, let’s consider fora second that we choose God to be nothing in our lives and that he “isn’t” apart of us.
Where do we go from here Well, if that be the case, we won’t be able to go much further. And if we’re really, truly POWERLESS, we need
God now, more than ever.
