(HAPPY) FRASER AWARD The Happy Fraser Award is presented annually to an individual who has made outstanding long-term contributions to wild Atlantic salmon conservation at a regional or national level rather than a local or river specific contribution. Nominations are welcome from ASF directors and membership. It is the top honor awarded by ASF (Canada).
