Egg Harbor City and Galloway Twp Sites – One respondent will be chosen to run both sites. Egg Harbor City site opened (2) days per week, Tuesday and Thursday Galloway Twp site opened (3) days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday Buena and Hammonton Sites – One respondent will be chosen to run both sites Buena opened (5) days per week, Monday through Friday Hammonton opened (5) days per week, Monday through Friday 2(A) Addendum (At the discretion of Atlantic County Division of Aging) COMBINED BUENA AND HAMMONTON Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Site Combining Buena and Hammonton Sites at the BUENA location. Due to the close proximity of these two sites and low attendance at each of these sites, Atlantic County will entertain a proposal combining these two sites into one, creating the COMBINED BUENA AND HAMMONTON Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Site. Site Locations and Areas Served with approximate daily participants Participants may come from various municipalities within ATLANTIC COUNTY ONLY. Buena Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Site - Buena Borough, Buena Vista Township, Mizpah, Weymouth, Collings Lakes, and as far as Corbin City, North Vineland, part of Millville, Richland. 35 approximate daily participants located at Central Avenue Buena. Open (5) Weekdays. Hammonton Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Site – Hammonton, Folsom and Mullica Township 30 approximate daily participants located at 310 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton. Open (5) Weekdays. COMBINED BUENA AND HAMMONTON Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Site - Buena Borough, Buena Vista Township, Mizpah, Weymouth, Collings Lakes, and as far as Corbin City, North Vineland, part of Millville, Richland, Hammonton, Folsom and Mullica Township. 60 approximate daily participants located at Central Avenue Buena. Open (5) Weekdays. Budget Directions: Evaluation of proposer’s budget – Total Cost Requested will NOT be the only factor in evaluating proposals, as outlined on the Proposal Evaluation Form. Buena and Hammonton Sites to be run by (1) Agency. Please complete both Budgets for these two sites. SAME AGENCY MUST ALSO COMPLETE BUDGET FOR THE COMBINED SITES OF BUENA AND HAMMONTON (if agency does not complete ALL (3), they will be rejected) opened (5) Days.
