| OCMS BAND SUPPLIES LIST
In addition to his/her instrument (with case, mouthpiece, and name tag), every band student should purchase the following band supplies based on instrument. Many of the items below are packaged together in what is commonly called a “cleaning kit” (or “maintenance kit”). At the music store, ask for a cleaning kit for your specific instrument. For brass instruments, be sure and tell them which finish you have on your instrument--lacquer (“gold” colored) or silver plated (“silver” colored).
