Re: Application for the Approval of an Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement between Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a Ameritech Wisconsin, and
Ameritech Mobile Communications, LLC Successor in Interest by Merger to
Ameritech Mobile Communications, Inc. This Amendment amends the
Reciprocal Compensation for ISP Bound Traffic & Federal
Telecommunications Act Section 251 (b) 5) Traffic (adopting FCC’s Interim
Terminating Compensation Plan).
Dear Ms. Dorr:
Wisconsin Bell, Inc. hereby requests approval, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 252, of
the enclosed Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement between
Wisconsin Bell, Inc. and Ameritech Mobile Communications, LLC Successor
in Interest by Merger to Ameritech Mobile Communications, Inc.
This amendment amends the Reciprocal Compensation for ISP Bound Traffic
& Federal Telecommunications Act Section 251 (b) 5) Traffic (adopting
FCC’s Interim Terminating Compensation Plan).
I have been authorized by Ameritech Mobile Communications, LLC Successor in Interest
by Merger to Ameritech Mobile Communications, Inc. to submit for Commission
approval, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. s 252(e), the enclosed amendment.
