INFAMOUS HIP HOP ARTIST T-ROCK SIGNS WITH BLUE PIE RECORDS ! Iconic gangster rap artist T- Rock, from the nineties and noughties, has signed a global distribution and publishing deal with Blue Pie Records. Hip Hop bad boy T- Rock was brought to us by good friend Brian Lassiter of ‘Media World.’ Media World was established in 1983 as one of USA’s leading independent film and television production companies. T- Rock developed his passion for rapping throughout his childhood in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, and released his first album titled ‘Throw Yo Neighborhood Up’ in 1996. The album was produced by underground producer ‘Brandon McKinney’. Hip Hop stardom ‘MC Mack’ soon discovered the tape and brought T-Rock and fellow members ‘DJ Paul’ and ‘Juicy J’ to fame for the world to discover! The then only seventeen year old rapper signed to their label ‘Hypnotize Minds.’

A member of the Prophet Posse, Atlanta-based rapper T-Rock issued a trio of albums during the first half of 2003; Myth of Reality, Rock Solid/4:20, and Defcon 1: Lyrical Warfare. He also initiated his own Area 51 label early on in the same decade. Hailing from the streets of College Park, GA on the south side of Atlanta, Anthony Washington, (better known as T-Rock) is primed and ready for his time. After his first ever album entitled ‘Throw Your Neighborhood Up’ circulated heavily through the streets, it eventually found its way to Three Six Mafia affiliate MC Mack. After a chance meeting between T-Rock with DJ Paul and Juicy J, T-Rock signed his first major recording deal at only 17 years of age. T-Rock moved to Memphis and began recording. His clever lyricism and tongue-twisting style immediately endeared T-Rock to fans all over the south. Widely regarded as one of the best lyricists to ever grace a Three-Six Mafia track, his appearances were partly responsible for the platinum successes of two albums and the sale of hundreds of thousands more! After a series of disagreements between him and his label, T-Rock decided to leave the ‘Hypnotized Minds’ imprint he was signed to and embark on an independent career. Hooking up with his hometown crew ‘Area 51’, T-Rock went on to release several underground classics that have sold over 100,000 copies with barely any promotion or radio play. T-Rock has gone on to grace stages and work with a multitude of artists including; Too Short, Pastor Troy, Lil Scrappy, Bo Hagon, Gangsta Boo, Lil Weavah, Max Minelli, Skinny Pimp, Gangsta Pat, Al Kapone, Young Buck, Macboney & AK (of P$C) and Bizzy Bone just to name a few major names. T-Rock fans are now preparing for his new work to be released on independent recording label ‘Blue Pie Records’. T-Rock has been most fond of his recent album releases from 2007-now.
