Developed and instituted with colleagues a program which provides access to resources at Rochester General Hospital to ten rural health care institutions in Western New York. Responsible for training, developing systems and services, coordinating schedules and other management tasks. Successfully marketed the service to two institutions which did not originally subscribe. Taught MEDLINE searching on the BRS Colleague search system to medical staff and hospital employees in 7.5 hour course. Participated in development of course workbook which has been marketed to hospitals and medical schools nationwide.
