[20 marks QUESTION 4 You have been appointed as the Human Factors expert to join the team working on anew computerised system being developed by your company. The system is for the use in the company’s large hour call-centre where staff work in shifts answering telephone enquiries and complaints from customers. The hardware for the system will be builtin to the user’s workstation (i.e. their desk)
and includes headphone, mouse, keyboard and screen. Explain FOUR of the health and safety issues that you think should be considered during the development of the system and working practices.
