Thursday March 17th: Tire Changing Contest at 6:30pm Friday March 18th: Anniversary Cake Night 6:30pm Marion Center 50th Anniversary Saturday March 19th: “Meet the Drivers” Autograph Session 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Also, on Saturday be sure to come to the Mall early for CAR PARTS BUY – SELL – SWAP beginning at 10:00am thru 8:00pm. Race Car – Classic – Any Kind of Parts. SWAP will be going on all day Saturday during the Mall’s Race Car Show. Location: Indiana Mall inside former Old Nave Space. $10.00 a Spot, $15.00 with a Table Provided. WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
For value received and intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned, (hereinafter “Exhibitor)”, agrees that in exchange for the right to display his automobile or automobiles at the “34th Annual Race Car Show” that will be held at the Indiana Mall commencing on March 17, 2016 and terminating on March 19, 2016, that the undersigned hereby assumes all risk of loss from any and all causes to Exhibitor’s automobile or automobiles while on display at the Indiana Mall, and Exhibitor hereby waives any and all claims, actions or causes of action Exhibitor has or may have against the Indiana Mall Company, its partners, agents, servants, and employees, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless said Indiana Mall Company, its partners, servants, or employees, and any tenant, patron, licensee or invitee at said Indiana Mall from any damages or injury caused by or arising out of the placement, display, or removal of Exhibitor’s automobile or automobiles at the Indiana Mall.
