Many pages have entries, usually brief, most in ink & some in pencil; then 2 pps "Recapitulation des Epenses de L'Annee"; then follows (after a 1p calendar table) 10pps with 10 one-half page architectural type drawings of specific opera house & theatre interiors, with added information under the drawings perhaps referencing other venues; after some other misc pages, including a full page drawing of a ship, subtitled "Les Messageries Maritimes font le Tour du Monde" there is about 30pps of detailed listings under the titles, "Nos Services Sautemobiles de Livraison" & "Les rues de Paris". I found this book in New York State. Laid into it without stain to the pages are two groups of pressed flowers/ferns, one group in a plastic sleeve & the other not. But he normally didn't have a good secretary, or any secretary at all, thus the last 17pp of this copy were stapled upside down! Front cover pulled from top staple - and taped.
