Remote Control Instructions

1. 
   Remove battery compartment cover, by depressing down and sliding it to the right. (Back side of the remote (Keyboard side) on the right)
   
2. 
   Remove USB Dongle
   
3. 
   Insert 2 AAA Batteries (Not Included)
   
4. 
   Replace battery compartment cover
   
5. 
   Insert the USB dongle into the Element Ti4 unit you are using it to control (Not in the TV unless you are using it to control a smart TV)

   From the units homescreen click on Settings (Blue Box) at the top right of the screen.
   
2. 
   Click on Network (Blue) at the top left of the settings menu. (If you are connecting the unit to the internet with Wifi please skip to #5)
   
3. 
   If you are planning on connecting the unit to the internet via Ethernet (Hardwired) plug the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet Port in the back of the Unit.
   
4. 
   Click the Box next to Ethernet and the unit will connect to your internet fairly quickly. It will say Ethernet Connected once it connects.
   
5. 
   If you are connecting your unit to the Internet via Wifi click the box next to Wifi and wait for it to show you the available networks.
   
6. 
   Click on your Wifi network and enter your Wifi password exactly! Remember to include any symbols, Capital letters or numbers that are in your password.
   
7. 
   Let the unit connect to your Wifi. It will say Wifi Connected once it has connected to your network.
   
8. 
   If the unit says Connection Failed, reenter your password making sure to enter each and every letter, symbol or number exactly.

   From the units homescreen click on Settings at the top right of the screen.

   Click on Display
   
3. 
   There is a - and + sign below the screen size percentage. Press these to adjust the display size until it matches your TV (88-95% is the most common sizes)
   
4. 
   Once the display size fits your TV, Press the back button on your remote to lock in the setting.

   From the units homescreen click on Settings at the top right of the screen.

   Click on the "Other" button at the top right of your screen.
   
3. 
   Click on "More Settings."
   
4. 
   Scroll down to "Date and Time"
   
5. 
   Click the box to the right of "Use Network Date and Time"
   
6. 
   Click on Time Zone
   
7. 
   Select the correct Time Zone for your location
   
8. 
   Press the Home button

   From the units homescreen click on the Kodi Icon (Blue K Icon) located on the bottom row of application icons.

   Let Kodi Open
   
3. 
   On the main menu bar you will see Pictures, Video, Music, Programs & Settings
   
4. 
   Scroll over to Settings and click on Settings
   
5. 
   Click on Add-ons (Towards the Bottom)
   
6. 
   Click on Get Add-ons
   
7. 
   Click on "All Add-ons" (6th one down)
   
8. 
   Scroll down to "Video Add-ons" and click on it
   
9. 
   This screen lists all of the Video Add-ons that are available.
   
10. 
    Scroll down to an addon that you want to install and click on it. Now click on Install and the addons will start downloading and install.
    
11. 
    Some addons that we recommend are 1Channel, Icefilms, Phoenix, Genesis, Ororo TV & Yify Movies HD

   Open the Kodi application
   
2. 
   Scroll over to Settings and click on it
   
3. 
   Click on Appearance
   
4. 
   The Skin screen will show as the default
   
5. 
   Click on Skin Settings
   
6. 
   Click on Add-on Shortcuts
   
7. 
   Under "Home Page Videos Submenu" is Add-on 1-5
   
8. 
   Click on Add-on 1 and a pop up showing all of your installed addons will pop up.
   
9. 
   Click on the Addon that you want to set as a shortcut on your homescreen.
   
10. 
    Repeat this process for each Addon Shortcut spot 1-5.
    
11. 
    Press the Home Icon at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
    
12. 
    Scroll over to Video and you will see all of the shortcuts you have set
