To The Senior Manager Mail Motor Services Department of Post NewDelhi-28 Subject: Request of job transfer on Medical ground. Respected Sir, I am writing this letter to submit my request for a job transfer based on health issues/medical grounds. I have been suffering from health issues from last few years and since my family lives in Patna and my job posting is in Delhi, I have no other option but to live alone in Delhi. As you are aware, I have not been able to come to office since November 2021. This is because I fell sick in November 2021 and have been under medical care of different doctors. I was even admitted to hospital as in –door patient(Medical papers indicating sickness and line of treatment is attached for ready reference). I have recovered but I am not in a position to stay alone. I still need physical and emotional support which I can get from my parents who are currently stationed at Patna (Bihar).My doctor has also suggested me to stay with my family. I am afraid that in the absence of parents my situation may reverse which could be detrimental to my health which have come on trail after long treatment. Therefore, I request you to kindly consider my request for a job transfer to our Patna office where my family puts up. I would be really thankful if you could consider my situation and have me transferred so that I can focus on improving my health without having my work suffer.
