Directed computerized processes for accounting, administration and operational systems, optimizing service to the poor while protecting taxpayer funds.
President / VP Finance, The Atlantic City Sewerage Company, 1985 to 2008. $18M sewage collection and transmission company. Held total financial and operational leadership including development of strategies to elevate company financial strength, revenue growth and cost control. Directed computerized processes for accounting, administration and utility billing systems, optimizing service to customers. Created a data-based budgeting plan for one, five and ten year periods, integrating the planned improvements, debt requirements, capitalization goals, and rate relief needs.
