Freephone is a service provided by British Telecom by which a person calls another person without paying the cost of the call which is charged to the recipient. This is a valuable service for enquiries from potential customers. A Phonecard is a card used instead of cash in special payphones. It can be purchased at airports, post offices, and shops.
