RENTAL COSTS: Please contact New Orleans Opera for rental costs: Phone: 504-529-2278 ext. 231 Fax: 504-837-8871 Email: lmmolnar@neworleansopera.org It is necessary for a New Orleans Opera Association Technical Supervisor to accompany rental scenery to all load-ins, set-ups, strike & load-outs. The cost of the supervisor is the responsibility of the renting company. These costs include: A daily fee and per diem, including travel days Round Trip Air Fare and Hotel Accommodations Transportation to/from Airport There is also a set designer fee requirement. Load-In/Load-Out: A warehouse deposit and 30 days notice are required for loading the set. Number of Vans for shipping the set: 2 Size of Vans: 48’ Should cancellation of this agreement occur on the part of the Using Company, only 75% of the rental fee shall be refunded. ALL VANS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH STRAPS AND LOAD BARS NO RAIL SHIPPING ALLOWED

Coordination for rental of stock soft goods will be between using company and the New Orleans Opera Technical Director.
