It is necessary for a New Orleans Opera Association Technical Supervisor to accompany rental scenery to all load-ins, set-ups, strike & load-outs. The cost of the supervisor is the responsibility of the renting company. These costs include:

A daily fee and per diem, including travel days

Round Trip Air Fare and Hotel Accommodations

Transportation to/from Airport


There is also a set designer fee requirement.
Load-In/Load-Out:

A warehouse deposit and 30 days notice are required for loading the set.


Number of Vans for shipping the set: 2 Size of Vans: 48’
Should cancellation of this agreement occur on the part of the Using Company, only 75% of the rental fee shall be refunded.
ALL VANS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH STRAPS AND LOAD BARS

NO RAIL SHIPPING ALLOWED

In New Orleans, the following crew sizes were used. Crew size may vary for your theater.

** Please note that the New Orleans Theatre for Performing Art uses a computer driven fly systems that only requires two operators, more may be needed for this show in your house.
