The Aurora Leadership Development Programme is structured as five Compulsory Modules. Acceptance onto the programme requires a commitment that you will be free to attend all five modules listed below;

SECTION 2



Participant fees to attend the programme (includes lunch) will be met by Staff Development, all travel expenses to and from the programme venue in Dublin will be met by the local unit. Supporting participation on the Aurora programme not only requires a significant cost investment by the institution, it also requires a local time investment. Therefore, your application must be signed by your reporting Director/Manager/Head indicating they will support you to attend all five Aurora module dates.


I support the nomination of the above applicant and will undertake to facilitate attendance at all five Aurora Workshops. I confirm that travel expenses to and from the programme venue will be funded by my Department (as indicated above).

SECTION 3
Personal Statement: Decisions on who will participate on Aurora are based entirely on your Personal Statement. These will be blind scored by an evaluation panel, scored out of 100 and ranked. Up to ten applications will be offered places on the Aurora programme commencing in Dublin 30th November 2017.
Please use the space below to complete your Personal Statement. Please avoid the use of names in this part of your application which will be blind assessed.
