SWOT Analysis

Strengths
  • Lack of market experience
  • Limited resources
  • Small target users

Weaknesses
  • Developing multiple scenarios for the conversational agent (e.g., depression, PTSD)
  • Developing the conversational agent in English
  • Partner up with English fluent psychologists

Opportunities
  • Competitors with more experience
  • Lack of awareness regarding mental health among Romanians

Threats
SWOT
Analysis- Conversational agent for panic attacks
Problem: Mental health is still a taboo topic in Romania
Conclusion:
  • The platform should be promoted smartly
  • Higher chances of success if we focus on more mental health issues

Work-breakdown structure (WBS)

  • The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK 5) defines the WBS as a "hierarchical decomposition of the total scope of work to be carried out by the project team to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables."

  • Types:
    • Deliverable-Based WBS: emphasize the relationship between project deliverables and scope
    • Phase-Based WBS: hierarchical, elements are phases of the projects and on a lower level the deliverables for that phase are put

  • Used to track project schedules
  • Used to show activities (tasks or events) displayed against time:
    • What the various activities are
    • When each activity begins and ends
    • How long each activity is scheduled to last
    • Where activities overlap with other activities, and by how much

  • Develop a personal SWOT analysis (individually) based on one of your(SMART) goals

      • What can make me feel happy and fulfilled?
      • What am I good at accomplishing?
      • What are the things I don't like to do?
      • What personalities I don't want myself to have?
      • Three to five years from now, what kind of person do I want to be?
      • What could I envision myself doing? What would I like to have achieved?
  • Write 3 SMART objectives for the project you have chosen
  • Develop a SWOT analysis for the project you have chosen

  • Develop the Gantt chart for your project
  • 1 pdf upload/team (include team members names)
