Getting the sperm sack (testes)
This is activity is carried out the next morning, one hour before the 8 – 10hrs estimate for the injection to finish working in the female fish. The male fish is then killed in order to remove the sperm sack. When killing, the fish, care should be taken to feel with finger, the point at which the hard part of the head of fish terminates, the hand part at the end of a shape of an arrow, you are to cut fish at

the end of that arrow. Then using a scissor, cut the fleshy white stomach of the fish
2 inches down the line and carefully remove the sperm sack. The mop liquid (blood or water) immediately off the sperm sack with tissue paper or cotton wool and place it in the flat plastic plate with clean tissue paper wrapped around it to keep it dry.
