1994 SACS review for Sprayberry High School Other Scholarship Grant support and development as Executive Director of SO&P Application of the systems change model to development of a performance based graduate teacher education program. Documenting the model used for development and continued refinement of the Kennesaw State University Special Education graduate program and showing the alignment with the systems change model. Cornerstone Critical Friend $33,000 contract 2002-2003 Worked in two PK-3 schools in Dalton, GA with 80% ESOL populations to implement Cornerstone Literacy framework. Action Research project in local middle school. Using PowerPoint Software to Improve Student Written Expression Skills (Poster Session presented for the National Technology & Media Division of the Council for Exceptional Children in 1998).
