ADNOC GAS PROCESSING - ESTIDAMA SALES GAS NETWORK ENHANCEMENT PACKAGE 4 & 7 TELECOM EXECUTION METHODOLOGY DETAIL DESIGN EPC contractor to appoint TSI for site survey/Adequacy check for existing Telecom systems for necessary tie-in of the new facilities. Wood shall carry out the Detail Engineering services for Telecom as per SOW and shall make sure that all the deliverables are in accordance with COMPANY’s specifications, international codes/standards, and safety codes.
Wood shall be part of the team with TSI to execute site survey and collect required data for the scope of Work. Existing system details shall be made available to proceed with the development of new telecom system in the different packages. Wood shall develop telecom design basis to begin with and shall reverify FEED design and the project requirements. Based on the requirements analysis, Wood shall develop detail design deliverables for the entire telecom systems required for the launcher/receiver and BVS station and its necessary integration to existing system. System considered as per the scope are SDH/MPLS-TP, CCTV, PIDS, IDS Telephone, Data/LAN and SCS system, FO infrastructure. Main communication between the new facilities with existing facility at Maqta and Habshan control rooms shall be by SDH and redundant FO transmission network. Specifications, datasheets, Overall and individual system block diagrams, Coverage layouts, Equipment layouts, FO Cable Routing, Telecom system Cable schedule, Equipment list, port and bandwidth calculations shall be prepared subsequently with the design. Wood Telecom shall be interfacing with other disciplines for proper integration of the system and shall be responsible for vendor management and VDR.
Qualifications:
EPC Contractor shall conduct site survey and Adequacy check with the help of TSI in the intial stage of the Project.
CCTV coverage study and report submission shall be done by TSI and to be in EPC contractor scope.
Existing Data for P 5686 shall be shared to consultant post Award for necessary interface of all Telecom systems.
FOC Alignment sheets/FOC route plan for pipelines shall be prepared by Pipeline Discipline.
