LIABILITY: The Georgia National Fair will not be responsible for any loss, personal injury or damage to horses exhibited or for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost or destroyed or in any way damaged. Each exhibitor will be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any person or any animal or damage to any property while on the grounds by any horse owned or exhibited by him/her and shall indemnify the management against all while on the grounds by any horse owned or exhibited by him/her and shall indemnify the management against all legally established claims to damages of any kind or nature that may grow of any injury occasioned by any horse owned or exhibited by him/her.
2. PARKING & PASSES: All vehicles pulling trailers with horses aboard will be allowed to enter the East Gate. Vehicles and admission passes will be issued upon arrival at the barn when stalling horses. One complimentary vehicle pass and two complimentary admission passes will be issued per exhibitor and must be picked up at the barn. Vehicles with vehicle passes may park in Lot 5 or 6. All other vehicles much park outside gates and all other personnel must purchase admission tickets at gate. When leaving the grounds, be sure to have your hand stamped at the gate to be able to return the same day without an additional charge.
3. R.V. HOOK UPS: Reservation must be made with and fees paid directly to the Georgia National Fair. Reservations made only upon receipt of R.V. space fees and are dependent on availability. Go to Main Web Page www.GFNA.com and click on RV Reservations. $22 per Day

5. Show management reserved the Right to Cancel Combine any Classes as deemed Necessary
6. Decision of the Judge is Final
7. Respect to all Show Officials, Management and Volunteers is expected
8. Proper Show Ring Attire is to be worn.
9. Gypsy Horses must be registered in the Registry of their choice prior to the show.
10.Drum Horses are judged separately - and will qualify for Drum Points as the Registry deems Appropriate. For more information on Drum Horse points, contact your the breed association. Must be a Registered Drum Horse to Show.
11. Stall & Class Fees Must be Paid by October 1st – Additional Classes can be added upon arrival with a $2 Post Entry Fee added to each class. Open checks accepted.
12. No Refunds for Stalls, Classes, or Advertising.
