Application for 2010 Seminars

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Teachers Institute. If you have questions, please contact Lynn Wright-Kernodle at (336) 334-4769 or lynnwk@nchumanities.org. In addition to the application, you must submit a current resume and essay. New applicants must also submit references (see details below). The application may be downloaded and filled in. Remember to save your data before you print the application out for final signatures. When you have completed the application, return it with the required materials by first-class mail to:
