Either click on “Afficher le plan”, and then zoom intelligently, or click on “Effectuer une recherche” and either request “Rond Point de la Noë” (twice) or click on “Un site à usage public, par clé” and request “Ecole Centrale” (twice) How to reach the Ecole Centrale de NantesThe best way is to come by tram, Ligne 2, Direction Orvault Grand Val. A 3-days free-ride ticket for tram and buses will be sent to all registered participants. If you arrive by car, reach the circular motorway (périphérique) exit Porte de la Chapelle, follow direction Université - Petit Port, and turn left at the first crossroad after crossing the tram line. If you arrive by train (SNCF), take the tram at the North exit of the train station. Take tram line 1, direction Bellevue, up to the connecting station Commerce, then line 2 (see above). If you arrive by airplane at the Nantes Atlantique airport take the TAN bus Aeroport to the tram station Commerce, then take tram line 2. Nantes Atlantique airport is an international airport with direct connections to a large number of European cities, including Bruxelles and London, mainly with Regional Airlines, Sabena, British Airways, or with Air France (mostly via Paris or Lyon). Nantes is connected by TGV to Paris (Gare Montparnasse), with at least one train each hour (at the hour). Lunches and DinersThe program for the afternoon and diner of Sunday is not fixed yet, and will be announced when we know the exact list of participants. Monday and Tuesday lunches will be taken at a nearby cafeteria at a cost of 38.5 FF. Monday evening, we have reserved tables on the Bateaux de l’Erdre for a cruise and diner on “the most marvellous river of France”. The price (cruise, diner, and wine) will be about 350 FF. The meeting point can be reached by tram (station Motte Rouge).
