His over 30 years engineering in-depth assessments, design and operational experience offers you both technical expertise AND his “insight” and honed judgment into well-conceived and stringently controlled project production.   • Designed portions of interstate roadways (such as the “missing link” segment of I-78 in Mountainside, NJ, where bridge decks were designed to blend harmoniously with existing horse paths.

  • Project Manager and designer for numerous Highway Occupancy Permits (Pennsylvania’s roadway access protocol) to assess (via Traffic Impact Studies) and design access roadways from PA commonwealth roads into new Wal-Mart developments throughout Pennsylvania.

  • Supervised railroad bridge removal design and development of replacement signalized intersection, Hightstown, NJ

Lincoln Satakunarajah, M.S., P.Eng., P.T.O.E. Over 20 years of managerial and technical expertise in international engineering design and construction management. Head of Highways at Paragon, Mr. Satakunarajah’s expertise in Infrastructure-related Project Management, Site Supervision, Budget Control and Staff Management augments his hands-on expertise in:

  • Bridge Design

  • Construction

  • Implementation of Geographic Information Systems

  • Roadway Master Planning

His US, Canadian, British, Indian and UAE experience offers you his broad range of design exposure and project management from several perspectives, very useful for deployment of international staffing and project development. Holding roles as Senior Engineer with several governmental agencies, he has managed engineers, technicians over all phases of contract work, including field audits, troubleshooting and resolving on-site concerns…with development of appropriate modifications and maintaining vigilant project controls.

Nasir U. Siddiqui, M.S., Senior Project Manager and Key Inspector, brings almost 24 years of domestic and international experience as a Senior Project Manager and Civil Engineer, PLUS Construction Inspector to Paragon’s staff. He offers Paragon’s clientele the unique, extensive combination of hands-on and supervisory experience encompassed with transportation and highway engineering and planning. His worldwide exposure plus familiarity with Pacific-Asian and North American design and analyses procedures give him tremendous insight into the many tasks needed to have in a well-rounded Project Management role, attained from working ‘in the trenches’ in so varied an engineering and managerial career.
Mahmood Hussain, Registered Architect 27 years of Architectural experience, administrative management for projects in the US and the Asian Rim. His ability to generate 3D renderings of your prospective projects is a valuable tool for your conceptualizing how your projects will look. His US, Saudi Arabian, Kuwaiti and Pakistani project management and design skills have proven invaluable in the successful completion of the Aga Khan Planning and Building Service, Sheikh Salman Al Duaj Complex, Sheikh Khalid Al Duaj Complex, Sheikha Sabeeka Palace and for the King Abdul Aziz Historical Center (Riyadh).
Javaid Iqbal, M.S., Head of Contruction Management

24 years experience in construction engineering, project management and field supervision of multi-million dollar building and highway construction projects. Prior to his principal role at Paragon, he served for five years for one of North America’s major design and engineering consulting firm as a Resident Engineer.
He has been responsible for supervision and management of all general construction activities for Paragon.
Atiya Azmat, P.E. Over 17 years structural and drainage design experience, with emphasis upon precast concrete structures:

  • precast concrete

  • post-tensioned concrete

  • pavement slabs

  • parking structures

  • ramp slabs

…plus analyses and design software development for analysis of structures and bridges. Extensive experience also in drainage assessment and mitigative design.
