2010 Clinical CQI Projects
The affiliate benchmark report on clinical outcomes is being sent to Medical Directors and Center Administrators. Eye exams continue to be the biggest challenge for most affiliates. Review your results for 2009 as compared to 2008. Develop CQI plans in areas that need improvement. Contact Rich Jackson Richard.jackson@joslin.harvard.edu or Ken Snow Kenneth.snow@joslin.harvard.edu if you need help with this. Be prepared to discuss your improvements at your annual site visit.

Annual Meeting will include Education Coordinators
At the request of several affiliates we are going to include Education Coordinators at the Joslin Annual Meeting in Boston on Oct. 24-26 in lieu of a separate Education Summit next spring. Education Coordinators will join Medical Directors and Center Administrators at the meeting. Medical Directors only attend Oct 24-25. We are preparing the agenda and would appreciate hearing your suggestions. Send your ideas to janice.murphy@joslin.harvard.edu.
