10.0 DISPUTE RESOLUTION 10.1 The parties herein have irrevocably agreed that any dispute arising from any part or whole of this MOU shall first be resolved through Negotiations.
10.2 If Negotiations fails, the matter shall then be referred to a sole Arbitrator mutually appointed in accordance with the Arbitration laws of Nigeria and the governing law shall be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any decision, exercise of discretion, awards or opinion or approval of any matter mentioned in this MOU or arising from it by the Arbitral panel shall be binding on the parties and it shall be final. The seat of the Arbitration shall be Oyo State, Nigeria and the language shall be English Language.
10.3 In a situation whereby the parties fails to agree on a choice of Arbitrator, the matter shall be referred to the Oyo State Multi Door Court House for resolution. The decision of the Multi Door Court House shall be binding on the parties and it shall be final.
