13.0 WHOLE AGREEMENT
13.1 This MOU and the documents referred to or incorporated in it or executed contemporaneously with it, constitute the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of this MOU, and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between them relating to the subject matter that they cover.
