12.0 COUNTERPARTS

11.0 SEVERABILITY
11.1 If a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority finds any part of this MOU invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then such part shall be severed from the remainder of this MOU which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.0 COUNTERPARTS
12.1 This MOU may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original and which, when executed and delivered, shall be an original and which together shall have the same effect as if each party had executed and delivered the same document.
