A Product Alert was raised formally by Peter Linnett (PL) an Openreach Engineer with a reference of AKQK2N18.
PL subsequently also contacted the Gama Health Care who are the product manufacturer. They advised [attachment 2] the Universal Wipes are CE marked under the Medical Device Directive as class IIA medical devices, and as such can only be recommended for the cleaning, and disinfection of, non-invasive medical devices.
