They do not, indeed they go as far as to state that they cannot, and recommend the wipes for skin disinfection. 
They do recommend ANTIBACTERIAL HAND WIPES (A) which cleans and disinfects hands and are developed for frequent use. They can be used any time to clean hands without need for soap and water and are tested to EN1276, EN12054 and EN1500. The wipes currently being issued (B) continue with the “gloved” hand advice on their HOW TO USER tab for the product. In the product OVERVIEW tab it states that it is for “surface disinfection and cleaning of non-invasive medical devices”. In FAQs tab is does mention that it can be used on hands – but that does not mean it is designed for frequent hand use which is why there is the above product, Antibacterial Hand Wipes.
