24x7 INTERNET CONNECTION As this is 100% internet related work we require 24 x 7 Hrs internet connection. We will take 2 internet connections of 8 Mbps one for frequent use and other for emergency purpose. It will cost us Approx $ 400 USD per month. Telephones and headphones This is essential for call centre staff because they will give support to our customers via phone and live chat. Headphone is required to hear well and respond customers as per their query. Printer, Scanner, Fax and Copier Printer, Scanner, Fax and Copier are required for office use these accessories are common in any office because for these things we do not depend on others. 24 x 7 Hrs Security Our office will work in 24 x 7 Hrs, So for our employee and our office products we will hire 24 x 7 Security System because in night hours our call centre will work and in normal hours our technical staff and management. In odd hours we will provide cabs to our staff When we start call centre we need some cabs for our staff which are coming in odd hours, In first year we will give contract to a company for cabs and from second year we will purchase own cabs for this purpose if required. For this thing we will compare which option is best and economical. HOW OUR PORTAL IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PORTALS Our main competitors are makemytrip.com, cleartrip.com, yatra.com and expedia.com. In these portals except expedia.com all are Indian based portals and doing good business in India rather than other countries. We are also India based company we know the limitations of all portals we will cover whole world by our keywords in search engines: cheap air tickets and cheap flights. By these 2 keyword we will get top 3 ranking in Google search engine within very short period and by our smooth functioning of the portal our portal will famous in very short period. When we achieve top 10 ranking by keywords: cheap air tickets and cheap flights in 159 countries we will get 3000 tickets from every 160 country daily. As compared to other portals we will offer the lowest price in both domestic and international tickets because the persons who are frequently travel they are comparing the tickets in all portals and go with the lowest one. Secondly we will always give priority to feedback of clients and customer queries, we will make an another team which will only work for customer satisfaction only, they will track the customer queries and feedback we are receiving from the clients and track up to resolved the problem of the client.
