Other considerations:
Smallclaims: less than $25,000 and within the jurisdiction (CJA, s.22-23)
Simplifiedprocedures (RPC, r.76):typically come up by way of action; if claim is for less than $200,000 and satisfies threshold criteria (claim is for money, real property, or personal property), → streamlined version of the full blown civil process *some critique, used to be $100k limit so now almost everything goes through simplified procedures
